Elitk is a production-grade, multi-tenant social media management platform engineered natively for the MENA market — designed, built, and deployed by one engineer. The architecture centers on a 55-table PostgreSQL schema with Row-Level Security for true data isolation across organisations. Every tenant gets a fully sandboxed environment: their users, roles, content, ad accounts, analytics, and billing — completely isolated — without a single row crossing tenant boundaries.
The platform handles the complete social media lifecycle: content scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn; ad campaign management with Meta and TikTok Ads APIs; team collaboration with granular role permissions (owner, manager, editor, analyst, viewer); client reporting dashboards with automated PDF exports; and a built-in AI assistant (Gemini 2.5 Flash) for Arabic and English caption generation, hashtag strategy, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Arabic-first means RTL layout, Arabic typography, MENA timezone handling, and Hijri date support are the default — not an afterthought. The authentication layer uses JWT with refresh-token rotation, rate limiting per API key, and IP-based abuse detection. Zero vendor lock-in: AI providers are hot-swappable between Gemini, GPT-4, and Claude per account setting. The result: a platform that competes with Hootsuite and Sprout Social — built by one engineer, designed for Arabic speakers, priced for MENA businesses.
