Laforma Technical Services L.L.C is a Dubai-based maintenance and fit-out company (Trade License: 1492339) operating from Gulf Towers, Oud Metha. As their sole digital architect, I designed and deployed the complete digital operational infrastructure — from the public website to the internal automation stack powering their daily business operations.
The digital stack spans 8 interconnected systems built from scratch: a bilingual (Arabic/English) Next.js website with JSON-LD structured data and Dubai local SEO; Google Workspace administration managing 12 mailboxes (HQ, sales, media, ops, legal, billing, and support departments); Meta Ads Manager campaigns with a weekly performance dashboard (spend, reach, clicks, leads, messaging conversations); Google Analytics + Tag Manager + Google Ads (Customer ID: 801-106-4155) full attribution setup; a ManyChat order collection chatbot flow connected to their Facebook page; a Google Sheets CRM with automatic email notifications from media@laforma.ae to sales@laforma.ae for every new lead; a Zite-powered technician daily tracking system for attendance, productivity, and evaluation; and a custom bilingual AI customer assistant (ChatGPT GPT) trained on Laforma's service catalog for handling Arabic and English customer inquiries 24/7.
The business result: zero missed leads, complete daily visibility into technician operations, a Google Business Profile verified at 100% (Store Code: 01478736951769295483) that drives Dubai search traffic, and a structured Digital Assets Register documenting every system — handed over professionally on project completion.
